 III. Equipment Advantages

1. The chicken essence production line integrates crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, sieving and flavoring sections. Each section performs distinct functions while cooperating organically for coordinated and streamlined process operation.
2. **Drying system — the core of the line**: Segmented heating is adopted. The pre‑drying section uses high‑pressure low‑air‑volume fans to fully fluidize wet chicken‑essence granules. The drying section applies low‑pressure high‑air‑volume fans to remove large amounts of moisture per unit time and achieve uniform drying. The cooling section is equipped with high‑air‑volume fans to dissipate heat rapidly and lower product temperature, satisfying moisture control requirements and facilitating subsequent packaging procedures.
3. **Drying medium circulation system**: Blowers, heaters and air‑inlet ducts are made of stainless steel to prevent product contamination by unclean process air.
4. Quick‑opening structure is adopted between upper and lower beds of the main drying unit, replacing conventional bolt‑connected construction and greatly facilitating thorough system cleaning.
5. Combined orifice design for the material‑laying bed plate: tongue‑shaped holes are arranged at the front section to enable smooth material forward movement without leakage; straight holes are used in the middle and rear sections for higher hot‑air penetration and sufficient heat exchange during drying.
6. The lower bed is supported by seamless stainless‑steel tubes for enhanced structural rigidity and extended service life.
7. Full stainless‑steel welding is applied inside the lower bed to prevent washing wastewater from seeping into the thermal‑insulation layer, which would otherwise impair product quality. Access ports are reserved for convenient equipment cleaning.
8. The complete system is equipped with dust‑collecting crushing unit, high‑speed mixer, intermediate material conveying unit, and integrated sieving‑flavoring unit.
