It effectively solves common problems of traditional drying processes, such as material residue, particle breakage and agglomeration during drying.

III. Equipment Overview
The continuous plate dryer is a high‑efficiency conductive continuous drying equipment. Its unique structural design and working principle endow it with outstanding advantages including high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption, small footprint, simple configuration, convenient operation and superior working environment.
Widely applicable to drying operations in chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide, food, feed and agricultural by‑product processing industries, the equipment has gained consistent market recognition. It is available in atmospheric, sealed and vacuum types, with multiple specifications including 1200, 1500, 2200 and 3000 series.
Three material grades are optional: Grade A (carbon steel), Grade B (stainless steel material contact parts), and Grade C (based on Grade C, with stainless steel steam pipelines, main shaft and support, plus stainless steel lining for cylinder and top cover). The drying area ranges from 4 m² to 180 m², covering hundreds of models. Complete supporting auxiliary equipment is available to meet diverse material drying requirements.

1. Flexible Adjustment and Strong Adaptability
The drying process can be optimized by adjusting material layer thickness, main shaft speed, number of rake arms, and rake blade type and size.
Each drying plate can be independently fed with heating or cooling media to realize uniform material heating and precise temperature control.
Material residence time can be accurately adjusted to match different process requirements.
Single‑direction material flow without back‑mixing ensures uniform drying and stable product quality, eliminating the need for secondary mixing.
2. Simple and Convenient Operation
Start‑up and shutdown procedures are simple and efficient.
After feeding stops, the rake blades can quickly empty all materials inside the dryer with no residual buildup.
Equipped with large inspection doors and viewing windows for thorough internal observation and convenient cleaning.
