Working Principle
Materials enter the machine through the feed inlet. Under vibration force, materials are tossed on the horizontal fluidized bed and move forward continuously. Hot air flows upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with wet materials. The moist air is dedusted by the cyclone separator and discharged through the exhaust outlet, while dried materials are discharged from the discharge outlet.

Product Applications
Suitable for drying and cooling powder and granular materials in chemical, food, dehydrated vegetable, grain, mining and other industries. Examples include citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, dried shredded radish, soybean meal, distiller's grains, seeds, slag and granulated sugar.
