Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer

Materials enter the machine through the feed inlet. Driven by vibration force, materials are thrown on the horizontal fluidized bed and move forward continuously. Hot air passes upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with wet materials. After dust removal by the cyclone separator, moist air is discharged via the exhaust outlet. Dried materials are discharged from the discharge outlet. It is suitable for drying and cooling powder and granular materials in industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetable, grain and mineral processing.

Working Principle
Materials enter the machine through the feed inlet. Under vibration force, materials are tossed on the horizontal fluidized bed and move forward continuously. Hot air flows upward through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with wet materials. The moist air is dedusted by the cyclone separator and discharged through the exhaust outlet, while dried materials are discharged from the discharge outlet.
