Model CT-C series hot air circulating ovens are equipped with low-noise high-temperature resistant axial flow fans and automatic temperature control systems. The entire circulation system is fully enclosed, raising the thermal efficiency of the oven from 3–7% of traditional drying rooms to 35–45%, with a maximum thermal efficiency up to 50%. The successful design of CT-C hot air circulating ovens has brought China’s hot air circulating ovens up to advanced standards. It greatly saves energy consumption nationwide and improves the economic benefits of enterprises. The industry standard was issued by the State Pharmaceutical Administration in 1990, with the unified model designation RXH.
Working Principle
The air circulation system of the hot air circulating oven adopts fan forced air circulation to achieve uniform airflow. The air source is driven by a circulating fan motor (with non-contact switch) to rotate the impeller. Air passes through the heater to become hot air, which is delivered via air ducts into the oven chamber. The used air is sucked back into the air duct as the air source for re-circulation and reheating, ensuring uniform temperature inside the chamber. When temperature fluctuation occurs due to door opening and closing, the air circulation system quickly restores operation until the set temperature is reached.
