The horizontal fluidized bed dryer consists of an air filter, heater, fluidized bed main unit, cyclone separator, bag dust collector, high-pressure centrifugal fan and operation console. Depending on the properties of materials to be dried, the matched dust removal equipment can be selected as required. Either both the cyclone separator and bag dust collector can be adopted simultaneously, or only one of them can be chosen.
Working Principle
Clean hot air is distributed into the bed chamber through valve plates. Wet materials fed by the feeder are fluidized by hot air. The extensive contact between hot air and materials enhances heat and mass transfer, enabling drying within a short period. For the continuous model, materials enter from one end of the bed, undergo fluidized-bed drying for tens of seconds to several minutes, and automatically flow out from the other end. This equipment generally operates under negative pressure.

Used for drying chemical raw materials, food, grain processing and other materials. Examples include tablet granules, herbal granules, health food, beverage granules, corn germ, feed, plastic resin, citric acid and other powdery materials for drying and dehumidification. Applicable material particle size is generally 0.1–6 mm, with the recommended particle size of 0.5–3 mm.
