The fluidized dryer is fluidizing drying equipment for granular materials with particle sizes ranging from 0.1 to 6 mm, widely applied in pharmaceutical, food, light industry and chemical industries. Driven by the fan, ambient air passes through the purification cabinet and heater, forming high-speed airflow through small holes on the material bed plate to fluidize the materials. With large-area contact between gas and solid phases, moisture in materials evaporates rapidly to realize drying.
Working Principle
After heating and purification, air is introduced from the bottom by the induced draft fan and passes through the perforated plate of the material hopper. Inside the working chamber, fluidization is formed under agitation and negative pressure. Moisture evaporates rapidly and is carried away by exhaust air to achieve fast drying of materials.
Materials are fluidized while being stirred at low speed to prevent agglomeration. This advantage is particularly prominent for high-moisture and viscous materials.
Materials to be dried (granules or fine powder) are loaded into the dryer hopper. Air is dedusted by a medium-efficiency filter and heated to the required drying temperature by the heater before entering the main tower. As air passes through the perforated plate at the bottom of the hopper, materials inside the hopper are fluidized and dehydrated. The evaporated moisture flows out with exhaust air, filtered by a bag filter and discharged by the fan. Fine powder lifted by airflow during drying is captured by the filter bags and returned to the fluidized bed via the dust cleaning device.
