Vacuum Freeze Dryer

Low-temperature freeze dryers are used for freeze-drying fruits and meat products. The freeze-drying process rapidly freezes the liquid inside materials into solid ice. Without melting the ice, moisture is directly sublimated from the solid state into vapor. Continuous removal of the vapor achieves material drying.

Working Principle
After absorbing heat from the cooled substance in the evaporator, the liquid refrigerant vaporizes into low-pressure and low-temperature vapor. It is sucked into the compressor and compressed into high-temperature and high-pressure vapor before being discharged into the condenser. In the condenser, heat is released to the cooling medium (water or air), and the refrigerant condenses into high-pressure liquid. It passes through the throttling device and becomes low-pressure and low-temperature liquid, then re-enters the evaporator to absorb heat and vaporize again.

Product Features
● Manufactured based on vacuum freeze-drying principle. It has compact and reasonable structure, convenient maintenance and low cost. Equipped with fully automatic control for simple operation.
● Complete functions with no auxiliary facilities required (such as steam boilers, cooling towers). It can operate independently once connected to three-phase power supply.
● Unique design with low energy consumption, making freeze-drying of various materials economically viable.

Product Applications
● Food industry: Suitable for drying fruits, vegetables, aquatic products and other food materials while preserving their original shape, color and nutrition.
● Medicinal materials: The freeze-drying process is adopted for medicinal herbs, royal jelly, ginseng, cordyceps and other health products to retain more of their pure and natural nutrients.
● Pharmaceutical industry: Used for dehydration and preservation of serum, plasma, vaccines, enzymes, antibiotics, hormones and other Chinese and western medicines.
● Special industries: It delivers unique effects in manufacturing aerospace thermal insulation ceramics, preserving wooden and silk cultural relics in archaeology, specimen preparation and special material production.
