Working Principle
This machine is composed of vessel, spiral mixing ribbons and transmission components. The spiral ribbons are normally double‑layer or triple‑layer. The outer ribbons gather materials from both sides toward the center, and the inner ribbons convey materials from the center to both sides to achieve convective mixing.

Product Applications
Ribbon mixers are generally used for mixing viscous or agglomerate‑prone powders and granules, as well as mixing powder‑granule materials with added liquid or paste‑form substances. Considering that viscous materials are difficult to clean, this equipment is suitable for high‑volume production scenarios with infrequent product change‑over.
