Working Principle
The two‑dimensional mixer mainly consists of three major parts: rotating drum, swing frame and machine frame. The rotating drum is mounted on the swing frame and supported by four rollers, with two retaining wheels for axial positioning. Among the four supporting rollers, two driving rollers are driven by the rotary power system to rotate the drum. The swing frame is actuated by a crank‑rocker mechanism installed on the machine frame, and the swing frame is supported on the frame via bearing assemblies.
