The high‑speed mixer fully blends powder materials with binders into wet soft mass by the bottom mixing impeller inside the cylindrical vessel, and then cuts the mixture into uniform wet granules by the side‑mounted high‑speed chopping impeller.
Working Principle
The GHJ vertical high‑speed mixer consists of a bottom feeding impeller and a high‑speed crushing impeller. The feeding impeller continuously lifts the bottom materials upward along the cylinder wall.
The high‑speed crushing impeller breaks up the materials delivered by the feeding impeller. Materials circulate in a vortex‑like pattern and achieve uniform mixing within a short time.
Technical Parameters
Product Features
Developed by our company with integrated domestic and international technologies, the GHJ vertical high‑speed mixer has the following main features:
● Under the effect of centrifugal force, the bottom feeding impeller continuously lifts materials upward along the cylinder wall, while upper materials fall back toward the center to form vortex‑shaped material circulation.
● The high‑speed crushing impeller breaks lumpy materials conveyed by the feeding impeller.
● High‑speed rotation of the two impellers realizes uniform material mixing within a short time. Its mixing speed and homogeneity are unmatched by other mixers. No granular agglomerates remain in the mixed materials, and the mixing homogeneity can reach over 90 %.
● Fast discharging by opening the discharge valve; easy equipment cleaning.
● All parts in contact with materials are made of stainless steel. No material volatilization, deterioration or loss occurs during mixing.
● It can uniformly mix dry and wet materials in different ratios. It is especially suitable for stirring complex mixtures such as chicken essence, pharmaceutical instant granules and beverage instant powders.
Product Applications
The high‑speed mixer is suitable for uniform mixing of solid‑liquid, solid‑powder, powder‑powder and powder‑liquid materials. Optional discharge valves include ball valve, butterfly valve and gate valve.
High‑speed mixers are widely applied in chemicals, feed, electronics, food, hard materials, ceramic materials, bio‑products, pharmaceuticals, non‑metallic mining, building materials, coatings, dyestuffs, pigments and metal powders. It handles shear‑sensitive crystalline powders, batch mixing, and incorporation of liquids into solid materials.
