Working Principle
Air is sucked and conveyed by a high‑pressure centrifugal fan, filtered through an air filter, and heated to the set temperature in an air heat exchanger. It then passes through the gas distribution plate and blows out numerous high‑speed air jets onto materials. Negative pressure generated between air jets entrains materials and brings them into a fluidized‑bed state. In this state, hot air makes extensive contact with materials and intensifies heat transfer, so moisture in materials evaporates and is separated within a short time. Wet air flow passes through the filter bag and is discharged by the fan, while materials retained inside the fluidizing chamber by the filter bag are obtained as dried products.
