All parts of the trough‑type mixer in contact with materials are made of stainless steel. The clearance between blades and trough body is small without dead mixing zones. Sealing devices are arranged at both ends of the stirring shaft to reduce material leakage. The hopper is controlled by push‑button inching for convenient discharging. It is suitable for mixing materials requiring high uniformity and with large difference in specific gravity.
Working Principle
● An idle running test shall be carried out before operation. Prior to the test, check the tightness of all connecting parts, lubricant level of the reducer and integrity of motor units. Then turn on the main power switch for no‑load trial run. Jog the dumping and reset buttons respectively to verify proper functions. Start production only after all requirements are met. (The dumping button and reset button shall not be operated simultaneously.)
● Cover the trough lid after feeding materials to prevent material splashing. The organic‑glass lid allows observation of the mixing process. Once satisfactory mixing is achieved, jog the dumping button for discharging. Stop operation when the hopper approaches the machine base to avoid component damage. Upon completion of discharging, press the reset button to return the trough to its original position.
