VHJ Series V‑Type Mixer features a unique mixing barrel structure with high mixing efficiency and no dead corners. The barrel is made of stainless steel with polished inner and outer surfaces. Working Principle
The geared motor drives the V‑shaped barrel for rotary motion. Owing to the different lengths of the two barrel segments, asymmetric material flow is formed. Inside the barrel, materials are repeatedly alternated, divided and combined. Materials randomly flow from one barrel segment to the other, and sliding takes place among powders and granules. Multiple spatial superpositions occur, and particles continuously distribute on newly‑generated surfaces. Uniform mixing is achieved through such repeated shearing and diffusing movements.

Product Applications
It is suitable for mixing free‑flowing powders and granules with minor differences in physical properties, as well as materials requiring short mixing cycles with moderate mixing uniformity. Material flow inside the V‑shaped vessel is gentle and will not damage original particle shapes. Accordingly, the V‑type mixer is also applicable for mixing fragile and wear‑prone granules, fine powders, lumpy materials and substances containing a certain amount of moisture. It is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and other industries.
