Working Principle
Powder particles maintain annular fluidized state inside the raw‑material container (fluid bed). They are pre‑heated and mixed by purified hot air. Atomized binder solution is sprayed into the chamber, causing multiple particles to agglomerate into binder‑containing clusters. Continuous drying by hot air evaporates moisture and solidifies the binder within the clusters. This process repeats continuously to form uniform, porous spherical granules.
