Working Principle
Fitted with a rotating centrifugal disc, air blower and pneumatic spray gun, this machine produces fine spherical pellets from wet granules. Wet granules from the previous process are put into the rotating centrifugal disc. The blower is turned on followed by the rotating centrifugal disc. Under the combined action of annular‑gap air buoyancy, rotating centrifugal force and self‑gravity, wet granules move in circumferential strand‑shaped motion and form pellets with high sphericity. The rotating disc is designed with automatic lifting and lowering function, which greatly improves material collection and pelletizing speed.
