Working Principle
Materials from the feeding hopper are sheared, compressed and extruded by high‑speed rotating cutting blades and screen mesh to form granules of defined shape and size. During granulation, materials undergo repeated shearing, compression and extrusion and gradually take granular form. Oversized particles are separated by the screen, and qualified granules are obtained as final products.
