It is not limited by material viscosity, hardness, softness or fiber content, and delivers favorable grinding performance for various materials. It is especially suitable for crushing fibrous herbal raw materials and materials with certain oil‑fat content.
Working Principle
The pulverizer consists of feeding hopper, classifying wheel, crushing blades, toothed ring, crushing motor, discharge port, fan blades, material collecting box and dust collecting box. Materials enter the crushing chamber through the feeding hopper and are crushed by high‑speed rotating blades. The required fineness is achieved by adjusting the gap between the classifying wheel and classifying disc. Qualified‑size materials are conveyed by high‑speed fan blades from the crushing chamber into the filter bag of the collecting box. Unqualified materials remain in the crushing chamber for further grinding. Dust generated from the collecting‑box filter bag is captured by the dust collecting box.
