Working Principle
This machine utilizes the relative high‑speed rotation between the moving toothed disc and fixed toothed disc. Materials are crushed through impact from toothed discs, friction and mutual collision among material particles.



Crushed materials are directly discharged from the grinding chamber via the discharge outlet. Generally, ground products are collected by cotton filter bags. Finished materials are retained inside the bag while air escapes through tiny pores of the bag without fine powder leakage, realizing zero material waste and pollution‑free operation. Particle size is adjusted by replacing screen meshes of different mesh counts.
