The WFJ superfine pulverizer consists of three parts: main machine, auxiliary machine and electric control cabinet. It features compact layout and reasonable structure, adopting air‑classification principle with no screen or mesh. A classifying mechanism is installed inside the machine to complete crushing and classification in one single process. Negative‑pressure conveying continuously removes heat generated inside the grinding chamber during operation, so it is also suitable for crushing heat‑sensitive materials.
Working Principle
Materials pass through the feeding gate and are fed into the crushing chamber by a screw conveyor, where they are sheared and pulverized by high‑speed rotating blades. Materials are then transported to the cyclone separator via negative‑pressure air conveying. Dust and exhaust are filtered and recovered by filter bags or filter cartridges in the dust collecting box. No dust escapes during production, which improves material utilization and reduces production costs.
