Working Principle
ZS Series Layered Sieve is suitable for streamline operations, and serves as an ideal equipment for continuous discharging while sieving materials with uneven proportions of coarse and fine particles.



The machine consists of hopper, vibration chamber, coupling and motor. The vibration chamber contains eccentric wheels, rubber cushions, main shaft, bearings and other components. The adjustable eccentric weight is driven by the motor and transmits force to the central line of the main shaft. Centrifugal force is generated under unbalanced condition, which changes the material motion and forms orbital vortex inside the sieve. The amplitude of the weight regulator can be adjusted for different materials and screen meshes.

The whole machine features compact structure, small size, dust‑free operation, low noise, high quality, low energy consumption, easy movement and convenient maintenance.
